Assalāmu ʿalaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh. This fundraiser is for our beloved Imam, Nizamuddin Kamalduddin (Nizam), who has been diagnosed with stage 4 Stomach Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. He is not only our Imam but also a dedicated husband and father of two children who rely on him. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Love for your brother what you love for yourself.” If we were in his place, we too would hope for support from our community. No amount is too small in the sight of Allah. The Prophet ﷺ also reminded us that: “Allah does not look at your appearance or your wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and your deeds.” [Muslim] By Allah, your duʿā, intention, and contribution—whether big or small—will not go unnoticed. Every effort counts, and every act of kindness will be rewarded by the One who is Most Generous. May Allah grant our dear Imam complete shifā’ (healing), ease for his family, and barakah in your lives for your support. Jazākumullāhu khayran.
